GM'S "CUSTOMER FIRST" APPROACH ON DISPLAY AT TORONTO FLEET PREVIEW MEETING
General Motors Canada Fleet and Commercial held its 2012 Model Fleet Preview at the Pearson Convention Centre in Brampton, Ontario. The event began with a presentation by GM Canada Director of Fleet and Commercial Sales Bob McClelland during which he outlined the company’s pillars of: “Put the customer first in everything we do; provide the world’s best vehicles; improve fuel economy and offer fuel-efficient choices; reduce the environmental impact of our facilities around the world; and develop leading edge technology that matters.”

GM's National Training Manager, Craig Campbell then delineated what is new for many of GM's 2012 vehicles. A ride and drive allowed fleet and media attendees opportunities test drive the entire GM line-up including the new extended range electric vehicle; Chevrolet Volt. Also in attendance were many law enforcement professionals who took an opportunity to test drive the new Chevrolet Caprice PPV.

Members of GM’s Fleet and Commercial team were easily accessible during the event to answer questions.
