Ford of Canada Fleet held a preview meeting at the Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto, Ontario recently. The meeting had a record turnout, as 275 fleet professionals attended.

“We are really pleased that so many of our customers took the time to be with us today,” said Jeff Morton, Fleet and Lease Marketing Manager, Ford of Canada. We got a chance to renew our business relationships, show our products and talk about better meeting their needs.”

As part of the meeting, the 2018 Ford EcoSport and 2018 F-150 were highlighted. Gonzalo Contreras, Product Marketing Manager for CUV/SUV at Ford outlined what the EcoSport has to offer. Following was Mike Sinuita, Product Marketing Manager for Trucks at Ford, who presented the new features of 2018 F150.

“The team at Foss always enjoys going to the Ford fleet event and it definitely didn't disappoint,” said Basil Marcus, Manager of Business Development, Foss National Leasing. “Even more special to see the new president of Ford Canada taking time to hammer home how important fleet is to Ford.”

A new feature of the meeting for 2017 was the inclusion of a trivia challenge for attendees. A series of questions was given to any who wished to participate, with a prize of a test drive in a Mustang GT Convertible, Explorer Limited or Edge Titanium. Three prizes were to be offered, but in the end six lucky winners were named, as each had a perfect score on the trivia quiz.

“The enhancements inside and out to the F150 are impressive,” said Gary Bruce , Canada Sales Manager, Wheels Inc.
