Mercedes-Benz Canada Corporate Sales team held the Mercedes-AMG EMOTION tour recently at the Mercedes-Benz Training Centre in Mississauga.

The event was led by instructors from the AMG Driving Academy who took attendees on a scenic drive through Southern Ontario, driving by Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area, Mohawk Raceway, Hockley Valley Resort and Caledon Ski Club with a lunch stop at The Millcroft Inn. A snake formation was followed, and drivers had the opportunity to drive every vehicle being showcased (two groups of vehicles).

A selection of AMG vehicles were on hand, with the highlight for many being a bright green GT-R sportscar with a 4.0 litre V-8 biturbo engine offering 577 horsepower and a zero to 60 time of 3.5 seconds. Another favourite was the E63S, which also had a 4.0L V-8 biturbo engine, but with 603hp and a zero to 60 time of 3.3 seconds. Also included were: C63 sedan and a C63S coupe, CLA45, GLA45, GLE63, and S63C. Each vehicle was an AMG performance version of the standard Class vehicle.

“We wanted our customers to have a unique and exhilarating experience with our AMG lineup,” said Jo-Anne Lamontagne, National Corporate Sales Manager, Mercedes-Benz Canada Inc.
