ELEMENT FLEET MANAGEMENT NAMES VP FINANCE CANADA
Ken Richardson.Ken Richardson has been named Vice-President of Finance for Canada at Element Fleet Management. He will be taking over for Henry Mulder, who is retiring at the end of the year.
Richardson has been with the company since 2008 and currently manages Element Fleet’s Commercial and Fleet Partnership Solutions teams for Central and Eastern Canada. He has the Chartered Financial Analyst credential and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

PALFINGER NAMES VP OPERATIONS FOR NORTH AMERICA
Randy Wingenroth.Randy Wingenroth has been named Vice-President of Operations for Business Area North America. He takes over for Michael Berger, who becomes Head of Corporate HR at PALFINGER Headquarters in Austria.
Wingenroth has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles related to operations, strategic sourcing, supply chain management and lean manufacturing. He will work with Mark Woody, VP of Sales, to lead the North American business.
"Randy will be a great addition to the management team and with a stronger drive for process quality, consistency and lean manufacturing, I'm confident that his contributions will add great value for our customers," said Lennart Brelin, President - Region Americas.

KAR AUCTION NAMES VP ENTERPRISE OPTIMIZATION
Stacey White.Stacey White has been named Senior Vice-President of Enterprise Optimization at KAR Auction Services, Inc. (KAR). White will oversee transportation at the corporate level and will continue to oversee the company’s procurement and sourcing strategies, while still leading the team charged with standardization of operations and processes at all newly acquired auctions.
“Stacey has more than 20 years of experience in the auto remarketing industry and is well respected by other employees throughout the company,” said David Vignes, Executive Vice-President of Enterprise Optimization, KAR. “She has a proven track record of success and the willingness and drive to continue taking on more responsibilities, making her well-suited for this role.”
White has been with KAR since 2008, when she began as Operational Compliance Auditor, and has held a variety of roles since.
“I am excited to take on this new role where I can apply my previous experience and knowledge gained from my career at KAR,” said White. “I look forward to working with new team members and taking on this new challenge.”
White holds degrees from Canada’s Saint Mary’s University and Compu College School of Business in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

VOLVO CAR CANADA NAMES REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Alex Préfontaine has been named Regional Operations Manager, Eastern Region at Volvo Car Canada Ltd.
He will be responsible for leading the regional sales operations for retailers in Québec and Ottawa, Ontario. Préfontaine will work with retailers to develop and implement sales and market building strategies to ensure achievement of retail sales, market share and customer satisfaction objectives. As well, he will be responsible for counseling and coordination of the Retailer Advertising Group, regional marketing, promotions and special events.
He has over 14 years of professional experience with other OEMs. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business and Marketing Management from Northwood University.

FORD OF CANADA NAMES NEW PRESIDENT
Mark Buzzell.Mark Buzzell has been named President and CEO of Ford Motor Company of Canada, Ltd., taking over for Dianne Craig, who becomes U.S. Director of Sales, Ford Motor Company. Craig held the role for the past five years. The appointments are effective January 1, 2017.
“Dianne Craig’s outstanding contributions at Ford of Canada make her the right person to help build future sales success in the U.S.,” said Joe Hinrichs, President of The Americas, Ford.
Buzzell has been with Ford since 1989 and has held a range of marketing, sales and service positions across the country, and in the Caribbean and Central America. He is currently General Manager for the western market area in the United States.
“Based on my own experience at Ford of Canada, I know that Mark Buzzell is a perfect fit to lead the organization as it continues to put the customer experience first and build a strong future for its employees, dealers and communities,” said Hinrichs.
Buzzell has a bachelor of business degree from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
“I look forward to joining Ford of Canada’s winning team to lead the company’s efforts to be the most trusted and admired automotive brand in the country,” said Buzzell.
