General Motors Canada has appointed Dustin Woods to Production Communications. He replaces Natalie Nankil. Dustin’s experience is in both automotive and motorcycle operations.

Ford of Canada named Eric Bolduc as Fleet Government Sales Specialist. Eric has been with Ford more than 12 years with experience in Ford Credit and Ford Marketing Departments. He replaces Steve Ross, who assumes Commercial Vehicle marketing responsibilities.

Jim Pattison Lease has made the following appointments: David Rutherford is Director, Fleet Management Services and Major Accounts. Rutherford was previously Regional Manager, Alberta. Kevin Hillman was appointed Director of Sales, Prairie Region. Hillman has been with Jim Pattison for 10 years. In addition, Dennis Kolic was named Vice-President, Leasing.

Benjamin Skuy Benjamin Skuy has been named Executive Vice-President of International Markets and Strategic Initiatives at KAR Holdings, a consortium of private equity firms which acquired ADESA in early 2007. He will report to KAR CEO Jim Hallett. ADESA also announced the appointment of Stephane St-Hilaire as President and COO for its Canadian auction operations. St-Hilaire will report to Tom Caruso, CEO and President, ADESA.

Cheryl Munce Cheryl Munce is Manheim Canada’s new Vice-President of Strategy, Online and Business Development. She will be responsible for: strategic business development, and implementation of e-business services. Also at Manheim, Steve Macaluso was named Executive Director of Sales, Customer Relations and Marketing. He will be responsible for strategy, management and growth of national commercial accounts.

Bruce Lindsay joined Volkswagen Canada (VWC) team as Certified Pre-Owned and Fleet Manager. “VWC recently announced a new fleet incentive approach for the 2010 model year, and the addition of Bruce to the VW team will allow the brand to develop a comprehensive CPO and fleet strategy in Canada,” said Peter Viney, Manager, Public Relations, VWC. Lindsay has 20 years fleet experience.

Darcia Cuff JPL Vehicle Management Services has appointed Darcia Cuff as Manager, Fleet Remarketing Western Region. Cuff has 33 years experience in automotive remarketing; a background that includes fleet, lease, factory and e-commerce functions.

Nissan’s Fleet Sales Manager Harry Jodoin had been promoted to Senior Manager, Marketing Operations. In his new position, Jodoin will be responsible for Nissan and Infiniti dealer co-op, regional advertising and event management. Syed Ahmed, Senior Manager, Light Commercial Vehicles responsible for the development, launch and management of Nissan light commercial vehicles assumes Nissan’s fleet management responsibility. Reporting to Ahmed will be Paul Harlock, LCV Manager; Lisa Bouchard and Judy Grant, National Account Managers.

Gerry Pietschmann, City of Toronto and Shaf Khan, Ministry of Transportation, Vice-Chairs. Allan King, Fleet Challenge Ontario, Treasurer, Eric Bertrand, City of Greater Sudbury Secretary. Continuing as Directors: Joe Werb, Ontario Power Generation; Bill Hockridge, Durham Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Fran Mackenzie-Peacock, Brampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Claude Malette, Chrysler Canada. Elections for executive positions will be prior to the 2010 Annual General Meeting.

Katherine M. Vigneau is the new Vice-President (Canada) for National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA). Katherine was previously Fleet Manager for the Department of Defence.

George Kilroy PHH Corporation has named George J. Kilroy, Acting CEO and President. He will remain President and CEO of PHH Arval. Kilroy has been with PHH for 33 years. He succeeds Terence W. Edwards. “In my new role, I will work closely with Mark Danahy, who heads PHH Mortgage, Thomas Keilty, who currently serves as COO of PHH Arval, and the entire PHH management team,” Kilroy said. James Egan becomes Chairman of the Board.

C. Robert Kidder will become Chairman of Chrysler Group LLC, after the acquisition of operating assets of Chrysler LLC and global alliance with Fiat SpA are finalized. Kidder was Chairman of Borden Chemical, and Duracell International.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car named Steven H. Nelick Vice-President and General Manager of Southwest Ontario region. Responsible for regional rental operations in Southwest Ontario, Nelick will be based in London, Ontario. He has been with Enterprise since 1992.

Harper Power Products introduced Brian Husk (pictured) as Territory Manager, northern Ontario responsible for commercial, operational and strategic growth in Northern Ontario. Husk has 27 years of industry experience. Harper Bus Sales introduced Ron Ruthven as Territory Sales Manager (northern, eastern and parts of central Ontario), Ken Clarke as Territory Sales Manager (southwestern, parts of central Ontario and Niagara peninsula) and Russ Philp as Parts and Service Specialist.

Thomas W. Keilty has been named Chief Operating Officer of PHH Arval and will continue as Senior Vice-President. He will be responsible for operations in Canada and the United States. Keilty joined the organization in 1995.
