Yokohama Tire Corporation introduced dB Super E-spec, first tire to use orange oil, using 80 per cent non-petroleum materials. “The eco-focused db Super E-spec mixes sustainable orange oil and natural rubber to drastically cut the use of petroleum, without compromising performance,” said Dan King, Yokohama, vice-president of sales. “It also helps consumers save money at the gas pump by improving fuel efficiency via a 20 per cent reduction in rolling resistance.”

LED LOW BEAM LIGHT

Intellione, a traffic information company, and Rogers Wireless, announced the launch of io-trafficTM. It collects and aggregates millions of GPS and mobile phone locations, creates road speeds than paints a live picture of traffic conditions.
