The Fix Auto Network (FAN) held its regional meeting in Aurora, Ontario recently. The meeting brought together FAN senior leadership including Steve Leal, President and CEO Fix Auto World and regional FAN franchisees, suppliers, support staff and strategic partners. The Fix Auto Network is comprised of owners of Speedy Auto Service, Novus Auto Glass and Fix Auto collision and repair stores. At the meeting, the over 130 delegates from all of the networks brands heard updates on sales, marketing and operations functions for their particular brand.
During the general introductory session Daryll O’Keefe, General Manager for FAN Ontario, recognized Fix Auto’s 27 year presence in Canada as well as announced that Fix Auto network is expanding its relationship with Ronald McDonald House, declaring it the charitable organization of choice for FAN. President and CEO Steve Leal brought delegates up to date on a number of FAN initiatives supporting the growth of the network during one of the most disruptive periods in automotive history. Leal also shared how a new Speedy Auto Service initiative, “Speedy Zone” will revolutionize the business. The first Speedy Zone is slated to open in the 4th quarter.
After the general session delegates took part in brand break out meetings that facilitated information and best practice sharing among franchise owners. At one session, John Rodrigues, FAN National Corporate Sales Manager, shared a number of strategies the network is employing to make it even easier for fleet owners and management companies alike to do business with FAN operators across Canada.
As part of the meeting, a trade fair was held featuring 30 vendors and was designed to let every delegate have the opportunity to engage with the suppliers who help their businesses thrive. “The annual Fix Automotive Network Regional meeting is a great opportunity to bring all our brands in Ontario together for not only business updates and networking, but also to continue to build on our One Family; One Vision philosophy,” said Daryll O’Keefe – General Manager of Fix Automotive Network Ontario & Manitoba.
