Landscape professionals attending the Landscape Congress took part in a Jim Pattison Lease education session on how asset finance helps businesses succeed. The session compared traditional financing to asset financing and the advantages working with a fleet management company can bring to a company.
Led by a panel of landscape and finance professionals, topics included how asset financing can customize payments to match revenue to expenses, an important consideration for seasonal businesses and how the right financing partner can make it possible to bundle third party add-ons like plows and sanders into a payment structure. As well, the session looked at how fleet management company services help with the acquisition, operation and disposal of commercial vehicles, positively impacting a company’s bottom line. A major take a way for presentation attendees was how using an FMC partner lets the owner focus on what they do best, grow their business.
