Over 200 fleet professionals attended ARI’s 2018 Fleet Forum at Markham’s Angus Glen Golf Club. The days events included a speaker series, OEM product presentations, keynote address, lunch and golf.
Geoff Seely, Vice President and General Manager of ARI Canada, welcomed guests and thanked ARI’s partners, customers and prospects for their participation. Seely emphasized how ARI’s governing principles of ongoing investment in core services, support of its people, investment in the future, client and employee engagement and exceptional service have driven the company’s success. Bob White, President of ARI, expanded on how the company is keeping a consistent and focused approach to the Canadian market, as well as provided a company update on Holman Enterprises and ARI’s global business. ARI’s Don Woods and Mike Stallone, lead the Fleet Future Technology presentation, highlighting how ARI’s use of advanced analytics and technology such as Alexa and chatbots create value for customers by increasing fleet managers and drivers productivity while reducing complexity.
Charlie Guthro, VP of ARI Strategic Services North America, shared how through employing best practices, fleets can buy, repair, replace and drive right, within a cost saving mandate, while communicating the right story to the right people at the right time in the right way.
The forums Key Note speaker was Peter Mansbridge, one of Canada’s most respected and recognizable figures. Mansbridge, the former 30 year anchor of CBC’s The National highlighted Canada’s contribution in building a better world.
“For me, what it means to be Canadian, is that we are a caring country. We care about our fellow Canadians and we care about those on the other side of the World”- Peter Mansbridge.
As part of the forum, Guests had the opportunity to visit the OEM corral and learn more about some of Canada’s top selling fleet vehicles from manufacturers including, Audi, BMW, FCA, Ford, Hyundai, Mitsubishi an others.
Geoff Seely summed up the Forum “With record attendance from clients as well as ARI’s OEM and vendor partners, we were once again so pleased to bring together the Toronto fleet community to share best practices, exchange ideas and build stronger connections with our clients and partners.”
