ARI has been honored with two 2019 Confirmit Achievement in Customer Excellence (ACE) awards in the Voice of the Customer and B2B categories. The annual ACE award program recognizes businesses that seek to better understand the customer experience and apply that insight to enhance processes, procedures and products to achieve customer service excellence.

Confirmit’s ACE Awards program was established in 2005 to recognize outstanding achievement in customer experience across six categories. The Voice of the Customer category honors companies who have developed a strategic approach to listening to customers and are using that voice to drive change. Award winners in the B2B category are recognized for enabling their account management teams to gather insight and better understand the health of their account portfolio.
