Enterprise Holdings has implemented its Complete Clean Pledge program across the Enterprise, National and Alamo rent a car brands. The program includes EHI’s other transportation services, including truck rental, corporate fleet management, car sharing and more. The program is one step in enhancements the company is implementing across the organization to ensure customers feel safe and confident using its services as they look forward to travelling again.

As part of the pledge EHI has expanded its cleaning protocols. Employees are being trained to implement new cleaning mandates for their protection and for the safety and service of customers. These include enhanced cleaning guidance for vehicles, shuttles and branch locations as well as social distancing practices. Customers will begin seeing Complete Clean Pledge notifications within rented vehicles confirming they have been thoroughly cleaned. This includes washing vacuuming, wipe down and sanitizing with particular attention to more than 20 high touch points.  “Employee and customer safety are our top priority,” said Chrissy Taylor, EHI president and CEO. “Following guidance from health authorities and in partnership with the travel industry, we at EHI are taking additional measures to build on our already rigorous cleaning protocols. We want customers to feel confident their vehicle is clean and sanitized each and every time they rent.”
