Google's GPS mapping service just became even more useful with the addition of photo radar notifications. Drivers will now be able to see speed limits, and both mobile and static camera locations.
If using Google's navigation camera locations will also be announced by the voice over as the vehicle approaches.
Police services in Alberta told Canadian Press that they are in favour of the service because they believe drivers will slow down as Google cautions them about the camera.
Google users will also be able to add camera locations to the map if they are on an Android operating system.
